Who We Are

A construction firm first, real estate second

As a registered company, Prime Metro Properties Ltd is incorporated with clear objectives to engage in real estate investment, project development, construction services and general real estate consultancy among various other services. Incorporated in 2000, the company has since been in the real estate industry within and outside Lagos metropolis with remarkable achievements and an increased clientele base.

Our recipe for client satisfaction is rooted in commitment to true professionalism and creating value for each client's aspirations. The company enjoys the services of a team of highly dynamic, trans-disciplinary professionals, relevant to the core areas of operation of the business.

While property brokerage and management remain core to what we do, Prime Metro is first and foremost a construction firm - our portfolio spans institutional buildings for major banks, residential estates and private homes, and commercial developments across multiple states, backed by an in-house fleet of vehicles, machinery and tools we run ourselves rather than subcontract out.

Chairman/CEO

AWA Ibraheem (B.Sc., MBA, PhD, ACIS, FCMA, FCTI, FCA)

An intellectual par excellence with a first-class degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos and a PhD in Management Science. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, a Chartered Stockbroker and a Tax Practitioner, with more than thirty years of experience in accounting, auditing, tax consulting and financial management. AWA Ibraheem has attended several executive courses at reputable institutions locally and internationally, including Harvard University. He is a highly fulfilled professional accountant, a versatile tax consultant, and a business tycoon.

ABDULMUIZ AWA-IBRAHEEM

A dynamic, hardworking professional with over 10 years of real estate and investment finance experience. He works with real estate products, financial instruments portfolios and provides investment advisory services to clients all over the world, including in the United Kingdom (UK), Nigeria, Ghana, United Arab Emirates (UAE) and North America. He is particularly adept at building sound real estate portfolios, with a special talent for putting together profitable portfolios that maximise capital and mitigate risk.

ABDULRASHEED ADEGBOYEGA ADEBISI

A B.Sc. and MBA graduate with specialization in Strategic Management from the University of Lagos and a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He has several years of experience in business management and joined ICMA Services in 2007 as Personal Assistant to the Chairman and Head of Human Resources. Abdulrasheed is a proactive professional with strong interpersonal and analytical skills and is a member of the board of Rashraph Ventures, Metro Apartment and Oceanic Health Management Limited.

Senior Manager / Estate Surveyor

Bldr. Peter Olaoye, MNIOB

A graduate of Yaba College of Technology (2001) with a Higher National Diploma in Building Engineering. His background in Block Laying and Concreting from Technical College has placed him in the construction industry, where he has participated in and supervised various projects. He is a registered member of the Council of Registered Builders of Nigeria (CORBON).

Estate Surveyor

Mrs. Oluwadamisi Akinyemi, RSV, ANIVS

Prior to joining Prime Metro, Damisi worked as Assistant Property and Project Manager at the Ahmadu Bello University Consultancy (ABUCONS), Zaria, Kaduna, where her responsibilities included effective management of the university properties and supervision of construction of buildings. She also worked with Centre for Management Development (CMD), Shangisha, in the General Service/Maintenance Division and Keemlinks Properties Limited, where she handled maintenance and property marketing responsibilities. She is a probationer member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) and holds a Higher National Diploma (Est. Mgt) from Yaba College of Technology.

Accounts/Admin Manager

Mr. Kehinde Afolayan, ACTI, ACA

A chartered accountant with professional experience encompassing internal audit, financial reporting and analysis, financial management, budget planning and control, credit control, debt recovery and general management. He is highly motivated, responsible, result-oriented and hardworking, with over 12 years of experience at senior management level.

Site Engineer

Mr. Ololade Ajibade

A graduate of Lagos State Polytechnic, Ikorodu (2010), with a Higher National Diploma in Civil Engineering. He is a seasoned engineer with varying experience spanning building and road construction, and is currently pursuing his Professional Membership of COREN. He is also experienced in the use of AutoCAD.

Estate Manager

Miss Taiwo Oluwabusayo Fawale, B.Sc. (Est. Mgt.)

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Estate Management from Obafemi Awolowo University and has been in the employment of Prime Metro Properties since completing her one-year service. She is a member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) and a full member of the Certified Institute of Auctioneers, Nigeria (MCAI).
